- When you submit a form on our website (via Typeform) as a candidate or as a hiring company
- When you provide your name, email, LinkedIn profile, Telegram/WhatsApp handle, CV, job descriptions, or other information through our Services
- When you contact us via email or messaging platforms
b. Publicly Available Information
Public LinkedIn profiles, professional portfolios, GitHub profiles, or other publicly accessible professional data relevant to talent sourcing and headhunting
c. Third Parties
- Referrers: Individuals or organisations who believe you may be a fit for a role
- Client companies: Hiring managers or companies who provide role requirements and team information
- Service providers: Tools we use to operate our Services, including Typeform (form collection), Google Drive (file storage), Google Analytics (website analytics), and our internal CRM system

3. How We Share Your Data
3.1 Candidate and Client Matching
This is central to how Audacity works:
- Before a match is confirmed: We do not disclose the name of candidates to client companies, nor the name of client companies to candidates. During the matching process, information is shared on an anonymised basis.
- Once a meeting is arranged: When both parties agree to meet, we share identifying information (such as names and contact details) so the introduction can take place.
We only share candidate data with client companies (and vice versa) when there is a relevant match.
3.2 Service Providers
We use the following third-party tools to operate our Services:
- Typeform — to collect form submissions from candidates and clients
- Google Drive — to store uploaded files such as CVs and job descriptions
- Google Analytics — to analyse website traffic and usage
- Our internal CRM — to manage candidate and client records
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing obligations.
3.3 Legal Compliance
We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Audacity, our users, or others.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
3.5 Aggregated and Anonymised Data
